The brief

Guests used to book Wags Hotel by phone and WhatsApp. We designed and built a site where guests check availability, book a room and pay online with Paystack. Staff manage every reservation from a dashboard, and guests get a confirmation email straight away.

What we built

  • Pages for rooms, chalets, the restaurant, George's, facilities and events
  • Date search with live room availability
  • Online booking with Paystack card and Mobile Money payment
  • Server-side pricing, so each booking is charged and marked paid exactly once
  • Booking confirmation and contact form emails
  • Guest accounts with sign-up and sign-in
  • Staff dashboard for booking status and notes
  • Admin area with four roles and an activity log

What we are doing now

  • Booking and payment hardening (September 2026)
  • Hosting and ongoing support
