The brief
The Ultim8 had a PDF brochure and a set of renders. We turned them into a fast, phone-friendly site where buyers walk through the house in 3D, from the street to each bedroom. The floor plan comes from the architect's drawings, and a buyer can book a viewing on WhatsApp in one tap.
What we built
- 3D walkthrough with five modes: street view, cutaway, floor plan, first-person walk and a guided tour
- Floor plan drawn from the architect's measurements
- Room list with a detail panel for each room
- Gallery of renders and a drive-time chart to nearby places
- Book-a-viewing form that sends to WhatsApp
